When we first started in 2012, we had no idea that Nest Ranger would become what it is today. We were simply a group of friends and homeowners looking to rent out our properties short-term. However, we quickly faced a major challenge—there were no transparent, all-inclusive, and flexible services available. As the saying goes, 'If you want something done right, do it yourself,' so we took matters into our own hands and began managing our properties. Our dedication to delivering exceptional service to both homeowners and guests helped us build a strong reputation. Soon, others wanted us to manage their properties as well. What began as a small endeavor, managing a few of our own listings, quickly grew into managing hundreds. Our success is rooted in a simple principle: 'Treat others the way you want to be treated.'
